The carnival business use to be so much fun. Everone was a family. Now we are just at each others throats. We need to slow down and smell the popcorn. Enjoy the time that we have. The things that we think are important really arnt. When I was a kid I remember driving with my father thru a little town pulling a tilt and all the kids would hollar LOOK MA SHOWFOLK. Now the police pulls us over and the drug sniffing dog tries to catch us riding dirty. All that I can say is WHY.Take a little time to help a friend call an elderly person just to say hello. Do what your heart tells you to do. SEE YA

ah..the good old days.Springtime,making sure the whole show had plenty to eat..Being a family,sticking up for our brother,and sister carnies..sigh..things change. It's good,that you remember the kids would get excited. I remember the cops 30 years ago pulling us over,but usually because of bad tires..LOL..Drugs were not like they are now,drinking was the high. The carnival is big business now,so I hear,nothing like it was in the good old days. We all know what happens when things turn into big business..We can still be a family and help one another,whatever we do,even if things change.
